[Ubuntu-BD] Step down notice from LoCo contact positon

Ha ha ha, thanks for your farewell wishes. I just stepped down from that
position. I didn't revoke my general membership from Ubuntu BD. Neither
resigned from documentation team. I wish to continue as I was before.
