[Ubuntu-BD] How to add ISPros ubuntu and mint update server

Dear all,

It will be a great help to me if you kindly tell me,
How can I add the update server of Ispros.

Like every update is from other servers outside of bd. Recently I have got
the connection of ISpros internet service. I heard that they have a local
server for ubuntu and mint users in Bangladesh. Now I need to know how to
add them in both ubuntu and mint, thus whenever I need to update my os or
there are any available updates, it should start downloading from the local
servers.

Please tell me. I am using both ubuntu and mint.
