Brother, I worked with CCTV. I am also related to digital security system,
which include CCTV cam. For my experience, I found in our Bangladeshi Market
all DVR Card is brand less (Mostly Chaina Maid) prodloduct. Even I found
some of windows driver supplied with card is not working!!!

So to fix your problem, you need to say which Card you are using. Codimom is
one of them which is available in BD Market. Import Cost around Tk5000,
Reseller price around 7500 & Retails price start from 10,000 to 75, 000.

The easy solution is, if you are importer of card, ask your manufacture to
send you the 'Win Driver' Source Code. I am afraid will they provide it.
Tell them about this list, also tell them that we want to make Linux Driver
for your Card. If we can, your card will be Windows and Linux supported
card. We will not going to charge for it. It might worked.
