[Ubuntu-BD] title bar missing

i am in ubuntu 10.04. Today I started my machine and found that there are no
'Title bar" in my windows or dialog boxes. So I can't

   - minimise- maximise or move any open application.
   - send current window to back
   - when any window/ application in open can't access main menu (Out of my
   touch). active window cover main menu. Keyboard shortcut is not working.

Thanks for any help. (I have another problem, writing in another thread)
