When it shows ntldr missing. That means the drive it finds at booting is a
NT/XP/Vista OS

And as Ovro Nill mentioned, check if your BIOS has any settings regarding
OS. Maybe its looking for Windows 2k/NT based OS instead its getting
something other. Also need to be sure which drive it actually reads when it
says 'ntldr missing'.
