[Ubuntu-BD] Potential Analysis: Custom Offline Repo

tomorrow is my exam, so cant write details.

the adobe-flashplugin package from partner repo is completely offline.
the msttfcorefonts need to be recreated for us.

I personally supports the ongoing system. The online repository is one of
the major benefit of linux OS(s). So offline repo or customized cd,dvd(s)
will always make problem i think. In our country, internet is now going to
remotest area of the villages by mobile company'r and others. So I think
there is no need to waste time and resource to take steps on alternative
package management system.  The people who created linux and created
online repository system (i think) they are more clever , intelligent than
us. So there need to more and more think before going for a alternative
package management system.
