of ustream.tv (which was used on Obama's presidential campaigns also)
sounded pretty good!
Nasim bro mentioned Skype has limits for non-paid usage of upto four persons
to be able to hold Video conference.

If anyone has better idea than ustream.tv then discuss here please.

About calling it a Debian-based meetup: Well thats a nerdish or geekish way
to call it. We are holding this program for complete non-geeks who dont know
what is debian or linux. We just want to introduce the freedom and
attractiveness of Linux, Ubuntu & Mint has to offer. Also, as predicted this
would be the greatest linux gathering ever by the most novice wannabe users
in Bangladesh. To make it sound friendly we even named it "Buntu Mintu'r
Adda". Leaving every tech jargons behind we just want to give them the chill
of Linux.
