[Ubuntu-BD] Visual effects setting doesn't retain after reboot at Lucid

hmm... so nothing is worthless, people create something while, of course, a
reason behind this :) However, my firefox problem has been solved after
removing compiz, it doesn't start after rebooting. So compiz was behind all
of these, interesting!!!
