[Ubuntu-BD] How to restrict Voice Call in a ubuntu or linux Server

Hi Everybody
It's always good to see your mail.

Now I have a problem.
I maintain a squid proxy server.
I want to restrict Voice Call through Server.
Is there any option in squid or iptables.
