Well, I think the main question was is there any way to UPGRADE Firefox 3.5
from 3.

Generally, when we try ti install FF3.5 it does not upgrade the previous
FF3.0. It installs a new browser named Shiretoko, what is the code name of
FF3.5.

There is third party solution to in FF 3.5 upon FF3.0. it's called
UbuntuZilla.
