[Ubuntu-BD] Problem when compiling gimp 2.7

Development version is for developers. Not for users. If you want to
contribute to GIMP then try to compile it, otherwise stick to the
stable version. Believe me, compiling and installing development
version will give you more headache.

Moreover, when building yourself some software you need to know what
are you doing exactly. Otherwise there will be broken packages all
over your system. Be aware!
