[Ubuntu-BD] Problem when compiling gimp 2.7

You may download it from http://gegl.org/babl/ . You will have to
compile that as well. You will have to get all the dependencies
(libraries, packages, etc) to compile babl. You could just install
GIMP from the ubuntu repositiories and bypass all the trouble.
