[Ubuntu-BD] Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala Bengali (বাংলা) Localised Screenshot

I have request for a CD. My speed is not fast.
when I downloaded 8.10 through torrent I got 150-200 KBps
but now I am getting only 20-30 ...
I don't know why....
