[Ubuntu-BD] LXDE desktop and two problems that I have faced.

I have downloaded and burned the latest available lubuntu 9.10 Beta
23. Seems that, it will serve my purpose, just have to make some
adjustments (it has synaptic package manager :) ) .


Update about my problems:

The problem regarding lost desktop menu (mentioned as #3 in my first
mail) has been SOLVED. I have guessed correctly that, this is a
problem related to the file browser GUI. In the pcmanfm I could find
that option windows and could turn off that option for unwanted menu
to get back the desired one. (pcmanfm menu: Edit-->Preferences-->
...). Indeed, it is so simple that now I feel ashamed for bringing up
that as a problem!


Next time I shall try to solve the network problem and let you know
the updates (if you don't mind!). Thank you all for the positive
feedbacks.
