I don't think so. When I used to connect my Nokia 6300 phone in Data
Storage mode, it would display the model (Nokia 6300) as well as the
Linux foundation 1.1 root hub displays. It looks like your mobile
phone is not being detected. Otherwise it would be listed in that
list. Go through the whole dmesg output, and see if you have any error
messages.
