[Ubuntu-BD] Multimedia Functionality

Hello all,

I have today installed Kubuntu 9.04 on my desktop inside Windows. I for some
inevitable reasons, can't connect to the internet from Kubuntu. Is there any
way to download the additional packages I require on a Windows machine, copy
them to my hard disk and then installing inside Kubuntu from the archive?
