Where do u live? I am from Dhaka and I know, most of the places of
Dhaka, now a days get 2 to 6 times load shading. Each time one hour. I
can't say, after 12 there will not be any load shading, but there has
less possibility. And everyone has not  IPS/UPS or Laptop.
