[Ubuntu-BD] PHP on Kubuntu

I think he mentioned tht he dont hav net in his kubuntu so manual
download all lamp package and dependenci's is not a good idea. Parhaps
i recommand xampp linux v. I didnt used it in linux so i cant help
much.
