[Ubuntu-BD] Daylight Savings - Time Zone patch in Ubuntu?

The Main twist that the most users of Windows are not getting is after
installing the fix patch, we are getting a new time zone called "Dhaka +6'
instead of old 'Astana/Dhaka +6". Though the new one shows "+6" is works
perfectly with our DST.
