[Ubuntu-BD] invalid reply header (repo problem)

this one is particularly for key missing error (which I did add when I 
added kubuntu-update repo)

only time they mentioned invalid header problem (here:

they assumed as the server is temporarily down. I'm using Ubuntu 
main server and getting the error for over a week, so I don't think 
the server is down.....
