[Ubuntu-BD] command??

not clear from the command themselves??? :S

install = install command

so what does that mean in one line??

you are identifying yourself as administrator and giving the package
management system to install a software/package

sudo apt -get upgrade
>

similarly you are giving this command to upgrade your system or a specific
package.....
