"Since, Bangladesh follow British system blindly in every way possible." NO! Sorry to say, your assumption is not correct [you know that].

Our country, govt. never follow British rules or regulations but their left-over ...that is what our leaders like and use (abuse).

If our govt. (and we) could follow [currently] what UK is doing for the development of their country and people then we might have been called ourselves as a developed nation.
