[Ubuntu-BD] UK govt promises to Open Source

UK government now says that they will be using open source software in
public services. Another milestone for the open source movement.

Since, Bangladesh follow British system blindly in every way possible.
I am hoping that Bangladesh govt. may have a reason to consider Open
Source, now! :P
