[Ubuntu-BD] Again kernel panic

How old is your Hard disk? If very old then probably its dieing .. better
backup your important data and get a new one.


Did you repartitioned your hard disk after installing Ubuntu? If so,
> then you need a live cd to fix your grub.

Nothing to do with grub ;) Kernel panic probably means there is somethings
wrong with some device. or may be Kernel is damaged as the error includes
CRC.

Do a full disk check.
