[Ubuntu-BD] Make it deafult

ain't there any gui solution ubuntu tweak kind of utility?? i need other 
application to make deafult like
PCMAN file manager as a deafult file manager etc......

what if some days later i change my mind and wand to reset it and choose 
previous application to open file?
