We can select Electronic and/or Print media. BUT,

I want to say that we should concentrate on Open Source/FOSS, not only on
LINUX.
Linux is a part of Open Source Movement. So, Linux is automatically included
in Open Source/FOSS.

If we say only for Linux, then we may not succeed, but if we grow awareness
on Open Source/FOSS, then probability of success is higher, use of Linux
will also increase. So, even if we want to promote Linux, we should promote
Open Source/FOSS as a whole.
