[Ubuntu-BD] Give me Suggestion To get flag inco at panel of Desktop

Hi,
    I am facing a problem to select the keyboard layout from desktop. Before
I used the flag icon on the panel of the desktop. but suddenly I am not able
to get that menu. At this time how can I get that.
