NTFS is far more better then Fat32 in every way NTFS is secured and supports encryptions file is less fragmented results in faster disk access also no need to defrag every once in a while also XP supposed to perform better with NTFS as it is actually is Windows NT. And NTFS was built for NT Mahmood
