I think its plain spam, why on earth I will pay some stranger for posting on
my forum?? Just bulk mailing people so they visit that site (& I'm quite
sure half of the recipients  already did visit)

BTW *try to keep email subject (topic) related to the mailing list, even if
you think that you want help on something that is not directly related to
the purpose of this mailing list plz add OffTopic or OT in your subject
line.*
