[ Ubuntu-BD ] Ubuntu 8.04's KVM

Dear Tarin Bro,
Not all people are aware of the problems as to how OP mails or moderator
mails or Topic based conversation mails should be.
Every week the moderators should be Mailing to all users about the ethics,
norms, style of writing/beginning topic, replying to topic.
*Such as* :  One shouldn't add all the messages to a reply mail... only
quote the specific part of messages and delete extra messages
