[ Ubuntu-BD ] way of writing Bangla in web pages

I think you are a Ubuntu user, then follow the steps

System >> Preferences >> Keyboard

now  the *"Keyboard Preferences"* window will be appeared. From the *
"Layouts"* tab you have to *add* a new keyboard layout. You have to select *
"Bangladesh"* from the Layouts drop down list and you may change the *
"variant"*, to *"Probhat"* i think this one is easier layout.

You can do one more thing and this will help you to change the keyboard
easily.
click (RMB) on the task bar and *"Add a panel"* then find the *"Keyboard
Indicator"* from the list and add it.

Now you can change the keyboard by clicking on it.
