[ Ubuntu-BD ] Ubuntu Long term support

Canonical provides supports (paid) and security updates for Ubuntu
distributions for 18 months after release, this period is called lifetime of
a version, When a version passes 18 months, they stop releasing security
updates for that version. if case of LTS version this life time is for 3
years. So you'll get security updates and other updates for 3 years. This
versions are released with corporate users in mind, they do not want to
update the whole OS so frequently. So with a LTS version they gets all the
latest security updates for 3 years while keeping a stable version running.
