[ Ubuntu-BD ] Ubuntu Kernel Lost

when upload kernel with others, at this moment electricity gone. for this
reason, cannot upload kernel properly and after reboot ubuntu main.1st file
not found. pls. can help me, how can i retrieve ubuntu properly.
