[ Ubuntu-BD ] Ubuntu repository DVD

Right now, what I need is a complete reference to how to host a mirror. I'll
forward it to Dr. Mumit Khan and we'll discuss about what to do.

Later I have a plan to make it mandatory to use Ubuntu/Linux for home usage
for all students of Department of Computer Science and Engineering. (The
conspiracy theory, MUHUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA). Poor students.
