[ Ubuntu-BD ] Alternate shorcuts

Normally We use
Ctrl+X for Cut
Ctrl+C for Copy
Ctrl+V for Paste

These shortcuts doesn't work on some places. Like windowed terminal
(konsole,gnome-terminal) and In some editor.
But You can always use this shortcuts to achieve that functionality

Shift + Del for Cut
Ctrl + Ins for Copy
Shift + Ins for Paste

These shortcut works on most places. Many of us familiar with these for
years. May be they never get focused this way.
