[ Ubuntu-BD ] create shortcut key for changing keyboard layout in KUBUNTU

I've done it in kde4!
Can't exactly remember how and can't check right now either cuz my pc is
troubling, but I think u can add a language applet in panel like gnome and
most probably you will get language options if u right click on the applet.
Then u can set up the shortcut easily :-)
