[Ubuntu-BD] [ Ubuntu-BD ] desktop effect

i enabled " Cube Atlantis" from compiz setting manager but didnt see any 
changes it's useto show some fish in transparent cube. i rotate cube but 
nothing happens.

and wht is the difference between Envy Legacy and EnvyNG

i am writing a guide for compiz fusion. now do the user must install 
propietery driver in order to enable compiz and see effects. and  if i 
recommand  ati and nvedia  card users  to use EnvyNG  to download 
suitable driver for their card is it safe?????
