Most of the Linux based applications are UNICODE supported,
You can use Bangla with Open Office, Abiword, Koffice , Gedit etc etc...
Open office by default comes with Ubuntu, Koffice with KDE and abiword with
Xubuntu. or you can use Synaptic to install any of them... choice is
yours...
