Hello Roobon bhai, long time no see!  You must have been very busy lately!

If you want to send announcements and newsletters (i.e. one way
communication), then use phplist (www.phplist.com).  I use it for my
work, and I am very satisfied with it.  It requires Apache + PHP +
mySQL.  In case of two-way communication (like this list), please use
Mailman.  It requires Python, and I can help you out to install it.
