[ Ubuntu-BD ] Windows based installer for Ubuntu

As I remember It will not install Ubuntu in any physical partition, but will
install in a image file and will load using windows boot loader. Which is
good for those who don't want to mess up with partitions or Windows boot
loader, good for Ubuntu...
