Update for FastNetMon package in Ubuntu

Hello!

I hope you are doing great.

I'm Pavel Odintsov, author of https://github.com/pavel-odintsov/fastnetmon,
we're the only open source tool for volumetric DDoS attack detection.

Few weeks ago we did major update (1.2.1) for our project in Debian:
https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/fastnetmon

In addition to it we prepared Debian backports for it and it was
uploaded today.

Can you help us with preparing a backports package for Ubuntu?
