Please backport dianara 1.3.6-1 (universe) from zesty to trusty, xenial,
yakkety.

Reason for the backport:

Wrap-up of new features:
* New Galician translation
* Updated German translation
* Configurable duration for popup notifications
* Automatic timeline updates now no longer interrupt the user
* "Clicking “Comment” in posts will show an option to check for comments,
if the post doesn’t have (or show) any comments yet."
* New control over filtering rules
* Rotation controls for in-program image viewer
