[Bug 1593210] [NEW] Please backport gtk3-engines-oxygen from Wily to fix #1576042

Bug #1576042 is a nasty display bug which occurs when Firefox is used in
KDE on Trusty; its most visible symptom is that mouseover text is
displayed in black on a dark gray background, making it unreadable.  Two
people (including myself) have confirmed that building without
modification the 1.4.1-2ubuntu1 source package from Wily and installing
the resulting binary package fixes the problem (mouseover text is now
displayed in white).  The package is not available in Xenial.
