Please backport Sympa 6.1.23~dfsg-2 or any other Sympa version > 6.1.22
to trusty 14.04 LTS.

Reason for the backport:

It has support for DMARC which is required to be able to use mailing
lists with Yahoo users.

Testing:
========

[x] Package builds without modification
[x] sympa installs cleanly and runs

Created a Docker container using a backported package to trusty and it
works great.

No reverse dependencies.
