Please backport init-system-helpers 1.14 (main) from trusty to precise.

Reason for the backport:

It is the required packages for backporting pcsc-lite.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s trusty -d precise init-system-helpers

[X] init-system-helpers installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies
