Please backport libcloud 0.15.1-1 (universe) from utopic to trusty.

Reason for the backport:
========================

Trusty unfortunately released with an older version of libcloud. In this
version, more providers are supported as is Python 3.

Testing:
========

* trusty:
[*] Package builds without modification
[*] python-libcloud installs cleanly and runs
[*] python3-libcloud installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies
