Please backport libvirt 1.2.8-0ubuntu18 (main) from vivid to utopic.

Reason for the backport:
========================
I use libvirt daily when it comes to manage my vms at work. I want only stable LTS release on my production server but in the mean time I also need the new features that you can find in libvirt >= 1.2.8 in order to have live snapshot of my vms.
I do believe that this package need to be backported in order to allow system administrator to work in a free/libre linux virtualization enviroment.
