The tool added quantal-backports because that's needed to maintain a
clean upgrade path for users with backports enabled.

However, it looks like -1 (which is in Quantal already) does build fine.

I uploaded it to ppa:laney/backports-testing. Please check it out if and
when it builds successfully and update this bug report with the results
& we can then take care of the official backport.
