Please backport libtemplate-plugin-latex-perl 3.02-1 (universe) from
quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
The libtemplate-plugin-latex-perl package did not enter Debian until just after
v12.04 (precise) came out and therefore the package is not available in an LTS
release. It is also a dependency of the ledgersmb package, for which a backport
to precise has been requested.

The 3.02-1 version of the package is in quantal and raring. Successful builds
have been completed in launchpad PPAs:
