Please backport simgear 2.10.0-5 (universe) from saucy to raring.

Reason for the backport:
========================
This is to bring simgear 2.10.0 to raring, so that flightgear 2.10.0 can be brought to raring. Flightgear requires simgear of the same version, and so this is a requirement of flightgear 2.10.0.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
